Great product and service

"We've had the Mini RO system for several years and it works great. I recently had an issue with reduced water flow and having recently changed the filters I knew there was another issue. I called them and they were super helpful in helping me troubleshoot. They also stayed on the phone while we checked some things. I emptied the tank with my air compressor and re-pressurized. I still had a problem and called them back. Turns out I added to much pressure. Once I let some air out it worked wonderfully."

"Replaced all my Mighty Mite Filters and I'm back to 0 TDS water. The filters are fairly easy to replace. Just make sure you pay attention to the flow direction and you'll be fine. It is helpful to make a diagram of the filter orientation before you begin."

"The pre filters work fine, but the new DI clear housing with resin leaks bad. Tried to use Teflon type still leaks. AWI am I missing some parts or seals? How do I get this to stop leaking????"
