Shipping policy

We work very hard to get your order out the same day. Typically, same day shipping cutoff time is 12pm EST for most items.

3-10 business days=CA,ID,MT,NV,OR,WA

We only ship with these carriers as other providers are not as reliable.  USPS Priority Mail may state a 1-3 day delivery time; however, that is not a guaranteed delivery. If you need your items within a certain amount of time, please select a UPS shipping option. UPS and Fedex do not deliver to PO Boxes. Air, Water & Ice is not responsible for the time frame it takes for a shipping carrier to deliver your items.  UPS Next Day Air® is Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day, depending on destination. UPS Next Day Air Saver® is Guaranteed delivery by 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. the next business day to commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or noon, respectively. Shipments to residential locations within the Next Day Air Saver area are delivered by end of day. Not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air is committed for end of day.  If you have any question in terms of the UPS next day guarantee please call 1-800-PICK-UPS. You will get a tracking number sent via email and/or text.  Please check your spam folder for “sales@airwaterice.com” if you did not receive a tracking number.  For assistance call or text 772-461-0256. 

In the rare event your package is damaged in shipping, you will have 48 hours from the time of delivery to inform us so we can begin a shipping damage claim or your damage claim may be denied. If any of your products are damaged, take a picture and also keep the box and the packaging the item is shipped in. We don't make the rules! Keeping the box with the packaging and providing a picture to us is required in order to submit a damage claim. Please inspect your package for damages and also ensure you received everything on your purchase order. We go to great lengths to ensure your package is protected. If it is not, we want to know and make it right for you ASAP. WE SHIP FAST !!! We are ALL about providing you an EXCELLENT customer experience. Part of this promise requires us to immediately ship your order! However, if you enter a incorrect delivery address when placing your order and you do not immediately contact us via email to sales@airwaterice.com, we will NOT be able to redirect your package and you will NOT be refunded any amount unless you are able to redirect the package and return the package to us within our return policy. International customers (Outside USA): Please remember that your government may charge you import duties to receive your order. Please make sure you find out what duties you may be charged before ordering, as we do not have this information.
