Big Blue Sediment Filter 10" x 4.5" 10 micron filter. For use with water that is very hard or has an excessive amount of rust, lime, calcium or sediment. This is a gradient sediment filter. The outer layer of the filter is 75 micron (larger) and the inner layer is 10 micron (smaller). This enhances the life of the filter as it creates less of a pressure drop over time among most water profiles.
