Vertical Color Changing DI Adder Kit
This easy to install plug & play housing makes it easy to add an extra stage of filtration to your setup. Select Mixed Bed Resin (for zero TDS). You will also notice that we offer single bed resins (Cation and Anion). Single bed resins only remove either negative or positive ions, meaning... to achieve zero TDS... always follow a single bed resin with a mixed bed resin.
Mixed Bed resin is what you want if you want ZERO TDS.
If you have very dirty or hard water and you are aware of something specific in your water, adding a single bed resin is a great option for you.
Cation di resins (positively charged) remove excess : sodium, calcium, magnesium, aluminum, ferric iron and ferrous iron and other negatively charged ions.
Anion di resins (negatively charged) remove excess : chloride, bicarbonate, carbonate, sulfate, nitrate, phosphate and silicate and other positively charged ions.

Standard Features : Vertical Color Changing DI Resin Adder Kit Contains : 1 x Standard 10" Filter housing with cap and O-ring 1 x Single Stainless Steel Bracket & screws for housing 6 x Feet of Standard 1/4" Tubing 1 x Standard 1/4" inline ball valve 2 x Pre-tapped Male elbows 1 x 10" refillable cartridge professionally packed with the resin you select (Mixed Bed, Cation or Anion) You can mount next to or remotely, just connect the pure water outlet of your system to the in side of this filter housing. The other side of this filter, the out is now DI water. Cartridge changes color as the resin exhausts. You can refill the cartridge with our bulk resin packs and really save money! |

Mixed results
"I have inconsistent TDS readings. Initially I ran about 40 gallons through the filter while my final readings were at 25. I ran another batch 40 through and my readings have dropped to 1. I cleaned the probes and I am showing incoming TDS at 0."
